Focused drug reviews conducted by a PharmD to provide recommendations on a single medication within an injured workers treatment regimen. Recommendations are provided to client/claim staff for review.

Individualized Medical Therapy Management

Comprehensive drug reviews conducted by a PharmD, with Cadence Rx physician oversight, for review of medical records and a request for consultation using behavioral interviewing techniques to identify potential risks. Summary of results and recommendations are provided to client/claim staff for review.

Comprehensive Drug Review and Peer-to-Peer Outreach to Physician

Comprehensive drug reviews conducted by a PharmD, with Cadence Rx physician oversight, for review of medical records and a request for consultation with treating physician to discuss medication therapy and recommendations. Summary of results and recommendations are provided to client/claim staff for review.
